Fire Alarm Testing & Certification

There are various types of fire alarm panels available, each with different features and capabilities.  There are two different types of fire alarm panels that are typically used:  Conventional Fire Alarm Panel: This type of panel is commonly used in smaller buildings. It divides the building into zones, and each zone has a specific circuit connected to multiple detectors and devices. When a detector is activated, the panel identifies the corresponding zone but does not provide detailed information about the exact location of the alarm. Addressable panels on the other hand are more advanced than conventional panels. They provide more precise information about the location of an activated detector or device. Each detector or device on the system has a unique address, allowing the panel to pinpoint the exact location of an alarm or fault.
